ZONG--Say It All

Say It All....yep i am going to say it all.As you may have noticed that a new cellelur company has arrived in pakistan known as ZONG.The main attraction of it is that you can book the number of your own choice and that is the reason it is so busy. I went to the franchise at 9 o clock and you can see the crowd , and guess what ,the opening time was 9 o clock.
Then i gave my booked number and after that there was just waiting.After one hour i was told to come at 12 o clock because the reply from the head office hadn`t came yet.

Ahhh the 12 0 clock came and the crowd had been increased manifold as you can see in the image. Met the representative, he was co-operative and was giving preference to the people whose sim had been booked and arrived.Most of the people didn`t know that one can book the number from internet even in franchise they were doing the same from the interent.Most of the crowd was just due to number booking.After a bit of struglling i got the good number which is 03133344496.

The day of LUMS test, cant forget that day. Went there completely unprepared. It was jam packed at morning , you can see the view of the test centre before anyone was allowed to enter. Then the test came and it was so damn hard actually the math test. They bound us to sit there for 8 bloody hours. But not the least we enjoyed because nearly all my friends were there so we laughed away our time. Watched the wonderfull view of the people having a mixture of smile and tention on their faces.

Life is Busy !!!

Ahhh life is so busy ,dont you agree.I am a student and now a days life is so busy , i think my fellow students will agree with me. We students have been deprived of mental peace actually in this modern world the situation is same every where. Let it be a grown up man or a small kid you will see him dooing something. Now i am busy in revisions then exams and then preperation of entry test and the race goes on. There is no such thing as rest .The word strugle has been clothed with the word LIFE !!!!!

How To Make An Audio Amplifier ...

Today i am going to tell u how to make an audio amplifier which you can use with any of your musical instruments like guitar,piano and with ipod and other devices.So Lets begin the journey....

Components:

You need the following components

1- LM 386 semiconductor (IC)
2- 100 micro Farad capacitor
3- 220 micro Farad capacitor
4- 10 ohm resistor
5- 5 kilo ohm variable resistor
6- 100 ohm variable resistor
7- 0.01 capacitor
8- 0.047 capacitor
9- Wires
10- 9V Battery clip
11- 9V Battery
12- 3.5mm stereo jack male
13- 3.5mm stereo jack female
14- Project board (or you can use dotted board and solder)














You can find these electrical components from your nearest electronics store.These all components are easy to find and are common so you won`t have a hard time to find it.

Lets Start Building:

The circuit which we are going to make is















1- Place the LM 386 in the project board as show in the image.














2-If you pick the IC in front of you (so you can read what is written on it) then the lower left pin is 1 and the pin number increase anticlockwise.Take a wire and join the 3rd pin to 4th pin(GND pin).
3-Join the one pin of 0.01 capacitor with the 2nd pin of IC. The other pin of the capacitor should be joined with the INPUT.


















4-Now join the 1st pin of IC with the A pin of the 5 k ohm variable resistor.
Join th A pin of this variable resistor with the C pin.Lastly join the 8th pin of IC with the B of this variable resistor.This becomes the GAIN.



































5-Join the +ve side of the 100 micro Farad capacitor with 6th pin of the IC.The -ve of this capacitor should be joined with GND pin (4th pin of IC).


















6-Join the 5th pin of IC with one side of 10 ohm resistor, the other side of the resistor should be joined with the one pin of 0.047 capacitor. The second pin of the capacitor should be joined with the GND pin (4th pin of IC).



















7-Now again join the 5th pin of the IC with the +ve side of 220 micro farad, the -ve side of the pin should be attached with the A of the 100 ohm variable resistor.The B pin of the variable resistor should be connected to the GND pin (4th pin of IC).This becomes the Volume controller.




































8-Join the +ve pin of the 3.5mm stereo jack female with the C of the 100 ohm variable resistor.And the GND of the female jack should be attached with the GND of the IC (4th pin of IC).


















9-Join the +ve of the 3.5 mm stereo jack male with the other side of the 0.01 capacitor and join the GND of the male jack with the GND of the IC.


















10- Last but not the least join the +Ve of 9V battery with the 6th pin of IC and -Ve of the battery with the 4th pin of IC.

Congratulation !!! you have made your own simple audio amplifier.

Now the time to check it out.Join the male jack with your mp3 player or musical instrument and female with the speakers.Now adjust the Volume and Gain to get the best and loudest possible sound.I should notify you that with this amplifier only one speaker will work.And do the adjustment from low to high.Do the adjustment carefully or it can damage your speakers.

You can change the input jacks as your requirement.You can add a 220 micro farad variable capacitor instead of simple 220 micro farad capacitor to change the bass.

Where are we going ?????

My question is where are we going ? I am talking about that where is the future of our country going. Every day we hear of a new suicide bomber blowing himself or being caught (a rare thing indeed). We criticise the government that it is not doing anything but have we ever thought that what have we done to stop such kinds of act. We say that no work in this country is done without bribing some officer but i say why we give bribe. I heard some people saying that give this country to someone else to run it but i say why...why.. , this is our country we have to run it. We are waiting that someone will come and make everything owrite but why cant we make any effort to make it owrite. It is easy to say but hard to act. Allah does not help those who dont help themselves. Even if we do our work honestly and be sincere to our country I can say that the face of the country will change. But once again its easy to say but hard to act. May Allah give us all power to act.
